Allergies and Dietary Needs
As a person with a life-threatening food allergy and other sensitivities, I understand that everyone has different needs when it comes to food, and families often have a combination of needs. Rely on me for responsible allergen segregation, careful food handling, and creative menu options. I have particular experience with gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, kosher, vegan, keto, high protein, low cholesterol, and low carb diets.
Meal Planning
If you love to cook, but don't have the energy to plan every single meal yourself, I am happy to collaborate and help you come up with weekly plans that fit your schedule and preferences. Can be paired with some meal prep, or as a weekly menu and set of recipes.
